Week 13 79.7 kgs or 12 stone 7lb 23rd June
So here we are at 13 weeks. 2 stones gone! I am now taking 7.5mgs. I am on dose 3 of 4. 7.5mgs seems to be my sweet spot and it is serving me very well. I feel a bit sicky and tired for the first couple or 3 days but after that it gets easier. I am now following the 800 fast keto diet by Michael Moseley and because of the MJ it is really easy to stay between 800 and 1000 calories. I have had to reset my goals as I had it set for 80kgs. I have now reset to 75kgs. I will be happy anywhere between where I am now and 75kgs. I do not want to lose my boobs completely so once I think my boobs are going then I will stop.
I am now wearing my trousers of truth (The jeans I bought from the charity shop in Mareuil) they are a size 16 Marks and Spencers. They are now a little bit big for me. My old black jeans are massive and I really cannot wear them any more. One pair of old blue ones are loose but I can wear them.
I am going to the UK tomorrow and I want to buy a couple of things. I need some shape wear. Nothing drastic but just something to smooth out my sagging belly.
On 11th July I am going to have my shoulder operated on at last. I know that the recovery is going to be tough and painful but please god the constant pain I live with every day will be gone. I don't care about movement or strength or any other benefits I just want the pain to be gone.
I want to start planning for when I get to my goal weight. I should get to 75kgs in the next month to 6 weeks. When I do I suppose I will start staggering the injections with a longer delay and reduced dose. I plan to carry on following the 5:2 diet. What I was thinking was that the injection would help me fast on the 2 days and then eat 1500 calories of the mediteranean diet on the other 5 days. That's my plan anyway.
I really am not doing enough exercise. I want to but the weather has been so bad. I need to get out more, either walking or cycling. I'm going to be a bit buggered for a few weeks after the op.
I am feeling positive and that the expense has been worth it.
