It's hot, hot, hot. Too hot for exercise or Pilates! 84.7kgs
Thursday 84.7kgs
I have long had a theory that the less time the fat is on your body, the easier it is to lose it and thank god, I think it is proving true right now. I know that most of the weight I gained is water and that will come off really quick but also a percentage of that weight must be fat as well. It is just sooo hot. It is well over 40 degrees and whilst I seriously do want to do some Pilates and walking it is just too hot. I am staying in doors right now with the fan on. It makes life a bit harder in that I need to occupy myself and I usually do that outside the house but I am doing my best.
Today is not being as easy as the last 2 days. I want to do OMAD for a few days but today I am hungry. I haven't been hungry the last 2 days. That said, yesterday I really did not eat a great deal. I ate crispbreads and pate and jambon. Not healthy, not filling and not low carb. Today I have some steaks out for dinner. If I feel I need to eat before dinner time I will eat eggs or sardines. I have actually not been drinking enough water either. My pee was a really funny colour this morning sort of khaki green. I do ok in the morning and then sort of stop drinking after lunch. I must drink at least 2 more litres of water in the afternoon and evening.
I have plenty of food to see me through the next few days and then Mike can have the things he likes. I will cook for him because I am prepared for myself.
I am going to have a go at making some mayonnaise tomorrow. I am going to get some avocado oil tomorrow and make it with half that and maybe half coconut oil or maybe olive oil. We shall see.
So come on Gail. You are doing so well in only 3 days. You have got a real handle on being on track for getting back under 83. My plan yesterday was to be 84.5 by Monday and 83.5 by the following Monday. I know I can do that. All I have to do is trust the process.
Today I am grateful for
Being alive
Being intelligent
Being loved
